I will teach you how to feel renewed from the inside out by decoding and understanding how your body and mind want to be fed.

This is a 42-day program. The more time you dedicate to it daily, the better your results will be. You get to decide how much time you are willing to invest!
I'm not in the best shape right now, can I still do LIVFITT 6-Week Transformation Challenge?
We are all a work in progress, but the goal is to get you in better shape than you currently are. It's all about TRANSFORMATION! So that means you start where you are. I will be available throughout the Challenge if you have it any speed bumps or road block with along the way.
