Free Strawberry Salsa Recipe

Strawberries have amazing health benefits. Just one serving — about eight strawberries — provides more vitamin C than an orange. Plus, strawberries are loaded with vitamins, fiber, and they have high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols.

Strawberry Salsa

1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup cucumbers, deseeded and diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup cilantro finely chopped
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lime juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
 
✴Toss strawberries, cucumber, red peppers, and cilantro all together a into mixing bowel
✴ Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix well

Cilantro was first introduced to Northern American in 1670 but it has been used for thousands of years prior to that for its medicinal qualities.
