Mojito Smoothie Recipe

The Mojito Smoothie

Lime and mint make this a refreshing drink, which is perfect as a meal replacement, snack, or at “cocktail” hour! It also contains Spirilina, which is is another superfood that I try to add into my meals on a daily basis.

Now, before deciding against this recipe because Spirilina is a form of algae, know that the benefits are amazing. It’s loaded with essential vitamins and nutrients that fight chronic inflammation by supporting healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Spirulina is also the world’s highest source of complete protein (65%) and provide avast array of minerals, trace elements, phytonutrients and enzymes.
