Ingredients:

2 cups dried, unsweetened coconut flakes

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

½ cups hemp seeds

¼ cup coconut nectar or local raw honey

3 Tbsp. maca powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. Himalayan salt

Directions:
✴ Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined

✴ Press cookie dough into shallow glass dish; refrigerate 1 hour

✴ Cut into cookie bars and eat!

✴ YIELDS: approx. 20 bars
