‘Eat Your Oils’ Campaign Launches for IBS Month!
Roseann Zaft, CHC, CPT, RYT is launching a special health-awareness campaign in honor of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Awareness Month this April! Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Awareness Month is in April. This Syndrome impacts over 23% of the global population, and about 1 in 10 people in the USA. There’s no single treatment or cure, leaving diet and lifestyle as the best chance to have a quality of life for people with IBS. And, as people focus on Springing Into Weight Loss with Roseann Zaft, CHC, CPT, RYT, they are also turning to her ‘Eat Your Oils’ campaign to help alleviate some of the symptoms associated with IBS. “I am kicking off two campaigns in April. One is called “Springing Into Weight Loss”, which is a three month campaign. The other is ‘Eat Your Oils’, which helps people with IBS understand the benefits of true, natural essential oils within food recipes. Puer essential oils, such as the doTERRA products, can be safely ingested and incorporated into recipes, adding additional health benefits into our daily eating habits,” says Zaft. The Huffington Post recently ran a piece on the benefits of essential oils. Of course, like anything, people who participate in consuming essential oils should check with their pharmacist first because drug interactions are always possible. “Both of the campaigns I am launching in April will work on the same concept, how consuming essential oils through food recipes can help improve the way someone feels and the way they look. I talk a lot about sugar addiction, but there is more to simply cutting sugar out of one’s diet- which really isn’t that simple. There is more too it, but- once the sugar is gone, what’s left to eat? Re-teaching people the benefits of eating healthy, and how to use essential oils to benefit different areas of troubled health, like IBS, is just as important,” finished Zaft. The “Eat Your Oils” campaign is completely free and email based, but you don’t have to opt-in to the emails to obtain some of the benefits. Every week from April 1st until July 1st, a free “Eat Your Oils” recipe will be published on Roseann Zaft’s blog (www.roseannzaft.com). An email, explaining in detail how the recipe benefits IBS (during April), and a healthy lifestyle and weight loss (May and June), as well as other health tips and a bonus recipe, will be sent to those who subscribe into the no-charge campaigns. The goal of both campaigns is to provide insight and information as to the role essential oils play in healthy recipes and the oils’ positive impact on certain health issues. ]]>
