The BEST Sugar-Free Smoothie
Jamba Juice’s Strawberry Surf Rider is over 600 calories and with over 125 grams of sugar. Here’s my “go to” sugar-free smoothie recipe. I call it “Peachy Keen”. 1 cup frozen peaches 1 banana 1-2 handfuls fresh spinach 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 Tbsp. almond butter 1 cup ice cubes 1/4 ts.p pumpkin pie spice Blend and enjoy! If you want a more a thicker smoothie only use 1/2 cup almond milk.
