Oh My … Pumpkin & Apple Pie!

OCTOBER IS absolutely my favorite time of the year! I love the smells and taste that make autumn so yummy…like crisp harvested apples and fresh apple cider. Then there are the pumpkins…in all shapes, sizes and colors. I can’t get enough of them! And the taste of a freshly baked pumpkin and apple pie.. oh my!!

Now the truth is, as much as I do love to cook and create in the kitchen, I have never been a “Betty Crocker” when in comes to baking. I almost flunked Home Economics in high school because I couldn’t even bake a pie from scratch OR a box. Seriously! I think my teacher passed me simply because of the effort I did put into to trying both.

This past September I have spending time in my the kitchen. I’ve been broadcasting a few Facebook LIVESTREAMS while preparing to the kick off of my 10-day all natural sugar detox program. I also created some new recipes for a FALL Customer Appreciation Event I hosted along with some of my favorite holistic health coaching buddies.

Today I am going to share 2 sensational autumn recipes that I created for those of you, like me, that really don’t like to bake, but love the taste of apple pie and pumpkin pies!

PS… Check out my blog  on why ACV rocks and why you may want to add this to your daily routine There’s also 2 more yummy recipes too!
