“Green” Pumpkin Smoothie

A delicious way to spice up your green smoothie, with a Pumpkin Smoothie. This one is essential for when the weather gets cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 cups unsweetened
almond milk
  • 1 cup plain canned pumpkin, unsweetened (or fresh pumpkin)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mango

  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy.
