Very Cherry Bars
My Very Cherry Bars also contain hemp, which is has been a favorite of mine for the past year. I use hemp in my smoothies, salads and other food preparations.

Very Cherry Bar Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dates (remove pits)
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/3 cup pecans, almonds or walnuts
3 Tbsp. hemp seed
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
✴ Place dates, dried cherries and cinnamon in food processor, blend to a paste; set aside in a bowl.
✴ Processor nuts and hemp seed until finely chopped.
✴ Add nuts to bowl and knead together with fingers and form into bars or roll into 1” balls.
✴ If you make bars, wrap individually in plastic wrap; if you roll into balls, place 3 balls into a plastic snack bag. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
