Healthy Valentine's Day
Healthy Valentine’s Day. That’s right, I said “healthy” and not happy. I believe that health leads to happiness and that’s why I believe in having a healthy, almost sugar-free Valentine’s Day.
I know, I know… today is about chocolate and candy. Well, a small amount of dark chocolate is OK (still not the best you can do) but you should use the day to consider your future with your loved one or that still-to-meet special someone. Our health is important and sugar can cause complications and chronic conditions.
