I absolutely love taking core classes with Roseann.   She is very specific on how to do the exercises and guides you on when to inhale and exhale so you get the most benefits from each movement.   I especially love that each class is unique and she does such a variety of exercises so you never get bored!!

My husband and I have worked out with Roseann on a regular basis up at our workout fitness center. When the Coronavirus started we had to self-quarantine. We were afraid we would have to miss our workouts with Roseann. To the contrary!  I think our workouts are even better and never boring doing them with Roseann on ZOOM. Roseann has also helped me with diet and nutrition. I can say unquestionably, that we will continue our workouts, when we are back in Chicago for the summer. Roseann is a gift for anyone who wants to stay in healthy shape.

I have worked with Roseann in both group settings as well as privately, and now, virtually. She explains everything well so that I can follow instructions at home easily. In class, she walked around making corrections as she saw fit. In her private sessions, she always challenged me and pushed me for those extra reps. And most important, she actually got me to exercise on a regular basis and enjoy it. She’s got a great personality!!!
